The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean and labeled. Whatever you need they will most likely have it. They do offer a baby pack n play, my only “negative” feedback is the wish for a mattress for the pack n play. We had to make one out of towels and blankets. The location was extremely close to my surgery center and proved to be clean, peaceful, quiet and located in a lovely neighborhood. The house was exactly as described/pictured and it was evident that there was great attention to detail, to make the guest stays as comfortable as possible. Ruben and his Team were extremely responsive and flexible from the very beginning and throughout the entire stay (early check in, extended stay + more). Anytime we had a question or concern, our messages received prompt responses and all matters were resolved in a timely fashion, with continued check-ins to ensure all was well.
